Los Aloes is a rural apartment found in a little typical village of Lanzarote called La Asomada, that overlooks the Atlantic, it is situated 5 minutes away from the main beaches of Puerto del Carmen, which is the main tourist area of the island.
The apartment is brand new, decorated on “Agatha Ruiz de la Prada” style, she is a Spanish famous decorator that works the light through wonderful colours. At Los Aloes you will find holiday tones inviting harmony and peace in the purity and simplicity.
The apartment is within a private property, annexed to the main house and has a large Mediterranean coloured terrace in front of it, with a number of aloe vera plants, there you will be able to sunbathe on comfortable sun beds, enjoying the sweet breeze of Lanzarote.
At Los Aloes you will find a living room, bedroom for 2 with wardrobe and a bathroom with bidet and shower.

“Go into Health”

This is a program that I propose to those staying at Los Aloes who look for healthy mental and physical well being.

The assortment of disciplines that I propose is:

Hatha yoga lessons , this consists on stretching through classic postures, learning the principle of yogi breathing.
Body stretching , gymnastic.
Aqua Gym , in the swimming pool, these are smooth muscle exercises for abdomen, legs, arms, etc. (only on July, August and September).

The assortment of manual therapies that I propose is:

Relaxing Massage, with or without hot stones from Lanzarote.
Therapeutic Massage, cures pain on shoulders, neck, lumbar zone, etc.
Reflexology, this is a soft foot massage, it allows to evaluate the general health state of a patient, while being re-equilibrated by the action of this therapy.
Sensitive lymphatic drainage, applicable to cure several illnesses such as:
-To de-toxin body, eliminate cellulite, etc.
-Skin problems, acne, wrinkles, etc.
-Circulatory system problems, heavy feeling on legs, varicose veins, etc.
-Neck problems, painful shoulders.
-Post surgery oedema, after ablation of breast or other members.
Beauty treatment with natural products, Aloe Vera and 1 st quality essential oils (prepared by me with aloe from my garden).
Reiki, treatment with imposition of hands on body (dressed up or on swimming suit) to allow energy run freely through the body, eliminates blockages where necessary.

All these therapies are given by me, I am qualified on each one of them.

The Machine CHI , it causes a soft lymphatic drainage and oxygen's blood in the same way as jogging for ½ hour, it helps eliminate cellulite, re-establishes circulation of energy on meridians and induces to deep relaxation.
The mind SPA, which is a small computer to which we get connected through earphones and special glasses with little colour flashing lights (cromotherapy) that induces depending on the type of wave (alpha, beta, theta) to a light, medium or deep relaxation. It can be also used to increase the learning capacity or to reduce the impact of external stimulations.

All these techniques will be to your disposition if you choose the program “Go into Health” anti stress.
The program “Go into Health” anti stress consists in getting physically and mentally healthy on 6 days.

Plan for one day

In the morning at 9h30, after a light breakfast, we will start with yoga for 1 hour, or body stretching instead, combined with lessons of correct way of breathing, in the summer if you prefer ½ hour aqua gym. Classes will be specially prepared for your physical grade and knowledge, it will take place on the terrace, on swimming or sport clothes depending on the weather.
Once the classes have finished, you will have ½ hour rest to eat something or have a shower.
At about 11h I will give the first massage and about 12h the second, massage will be given at the terrace or in the apartment, as you like.
The first to finish will relax sunbathing on a sun bed enjoying the machine CHI and the mind SPA at the time.
The second will have exactly the same when the massage session finishes.
At about 13h. we'll finish and for the face treatment we will arrange a moment in the afternoon.

This is the typical program for one day, you will only have to decide the type of therapy and classes to have each day, for what I will advise you kindly.

For you face treatment (2 during your stay) we will choose the most convenient moment.
